ARCHITECTURE - PROJECT MANAGEMENT - DEVELOPMENT
Bison Creek is owned and operated by Stewart Cardon. Stewart received his Masters of Architecture from Montana State University. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is licensed to practice architecture in Montana and Washington. As a student he worked construction jobs learning the trades from the ground up. As a professional he manages the design and construction of projects ranging from single and multi-family residences to commercial buildings. In addition, he has performed condominium defect investigations and managed nationwide telecommunication development. Stewart has over 30 years of experience in design and construction that have given him a global perspective on architecture and its role as the catalyst to creating valuable assets.
Stewart started Bison Creek in Whitefish, Montana, in 2006. As a project leader he identifies the team members necessary for a complete solution early in a collaborative design process. Documenting design requirements effectively in the beginning allows for creative problem solving and saves money during construction by using time and materials efficiently.
